Pick dates from a calendar
The Date component allows users to select a date inside your app.
Once added to a screen, we need to configure the component and align it to the correct column in our sheet (right sidebar).
We can also fill in the Design > Title and Placeholder fields to title the component and add a placeholder to help direct users.

Choosing a Range
If we want to restrict users from being able to select past or future dates, we can use a Range. By default, it's set to All Dates. We can also choose options that limit dates to Today or earlier, such as date of birth, or Today or later, such as any future events.
